BNOTION started with a simple frustration: too many courses teach theory nobody uses, and too many dev shops hand real client work to whoever's cheapest. We decided to do both differently.
Most developer education is written by people who haven't shipped anything recently, if at all. And most client work at agencies gets scoped by a senior engineer, then quietly handed to whoever's available — junior or not. Neither is dishonest, exactly. Both just optimize for the wrong thing.
We build our own products first, so every lesson in the academy and every line we ship for a client comes from work we've actually done — not a syllabus copied from somewhere else. The same senior engineers who validate and build client software are the ones running the mentorship sessions and writing the courses. One team, one standard, no hand-offs.
